- Holger is well experienced in the corporate financial area with focus on business performance diligence and financial evolution opportunities. Within SMS group, Holger is a member of the M&A committee and is engaged with private equity and venture capital shareholdings. Also representing SMS group in board committees.
- Before joining SMS group, Holger was part of the EMEA transaction advisory team at Ernst & Young in the field of cross-border buy- and sell side M&A-transactions mainly under the engagement of well known investment firms or private equity partners.
- Holger attained academic graduation in the field of finance and accounting on master degree.
